حذف حسابك في «مصروفي»
لا تحتاج «مصروفي» حسابًا ليعمل. الحساب لا يوجد إلا إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Apple أو Google لتفعيل «المزامنة السحابية». هذه الصفحة تشرح حذف هذا الحساب.
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق
- افتح الإعدادات.
- اضغط النسخ الاحتياطي والمزامنة.
- اضغط بطاقة المزامنة السحابية.
- اضغط زر القائمة أعلى الشاشة (⋮ على أندرويد، ⋯ على iPhone) — اسمه «خيارات أخرى».
- اختر حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد بـ حذف نهائي.
- سيُطلب منك تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple أو Google مرة أخيرة لتأكيد هويتك.
يظهر خيار «حذف الحساب» ما دمت مسجّل الدخول. إذا لم تعد تملك التطبيق أو الجهاز، استخدم الطريقة 2.

ما الذي يُحذف
- حساب الدخول في Firebase Authentication (معرّف الحساب والبريد والاسم إن وُجد).
- نسختك السحابية المشفّرة وبيانات حسابك في Google Cloud Firestore، وتُحذف من قاعدة بياناتنا لحظة التنفيذ.
- عند الحذف من داخل التطبيق: يُحذف أيضًا مفتاح التشفير المحفوظ في سلسلة مفاتيح iCloud أو Google Block Store، ويُلغى ربط تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple إن كان حسابك Apple.
ما الذي يبقى
- البيانات على جهازك لا تتأثر بحذف الحساب. احذفها من الإعدادات ← حذف جميع البيانات، أو بحذف التطبيق.
- نسخ iCloud التلقائية (على iPhone وiPad) في iCloud Drive الخاص بك، ولا نصل إليها. احذفها من تطبيق «الملفات» ← iCloud Drive ← مجلد «مصروفي».
- عند الحذف بالبريد: مفتاح التشفير يبقى في سلسلة مفاتيح iCloud أو نسخة Google الاحتياطية لديك، لأننا لا نصل إليهما. لا يفتح شيئًا بعد حذف النسخة السحابية.
- بقايا لدى Google: بحسب Google، تُزال بيانات حساب الدخول من أنظمتها الحية والاحتياطية خلال 180 يومًا من الحذف، وتُحفظ سجلات عناوين IP بضعة أسابيع.
- الإحصاءات وتقارير الأعطال لا ترتبط بحسابك، فلا نستطيع تحديدها لحذفها. تنتهي تلقائيًا: أحداث الاستخدام التفصيلية خلال 14 شهرًا كحد أقصى، وتقارير الأعطال خلال 90 يومًا.
- الاشتراك: حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراكك. ألغه من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play. سجلات الشراء لدى Apple أو Google وRevenueCat تبقى وفق سياساتهم.
الحذف نهائي: لا نستطيع استعادة الحساب أو النسخة السحابية بعده.

Delete your Masroofi account
Masroofi does not need an account to work. An account exists only if you signed in with Apple or Google to turn on Cloud Sync. This page explains how to delete that account.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap Backup & Sync [النسخ الاحتياطي والمزامنة].
- Tap the Cloud Sync card [المزامنة السحابية].
- Tap the menu button at the top (⋮ on Android, ⋯ on iPhone), labelled "More options" [خيارات أخرى].
- Choose Delete Account [حذف الحساب], then confirm with Delete permanently.
- You will be asked to sign in with Apple or Google one last time to confirm it is you.
"Delete Account" is shown while you are signed in. If you no longer have the app or the device, use option 2.
Option 2: by email (without the app)

- The email of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. If you used Apple's "Hide My Email", give the relay address (ending in
privaterelay.appleid.com); you can find it in your Apple device settings → your name → Sign in with Apple. - The account type: Apple or Google.
- Send it from that same address if you can, so we know the request is yours. If not, we may ask for extra confirmation before deleting.
- The email of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. If you used Apple's "Hide My Email", give the relay address (ending in

What is deleted
- Your sign-in account in Firebase Authentication (account ID, email, and name if any).
- Your encrypted cloud copy and account data in Google Cloud Firestore, removed from our database the moment the deletion runs.
- When deleting in the app: the encryption key saved in iCloud Keychain or Google Block Store is also deleted, and Sign in with Apple is revoked for Apple accounts.
What is kept
- Data on your device is not affected. Delete it with Settings → Delete all data [حذف جميع البيانات], or by deleting the app.
- Automatic iCloud copies (iPhone and iPad) are in your own iCloud Drive and we cannot access them. Delete them in the Files app → iCloud Drive → «مصروفي».
- When deleting by email: the encryption key stays in your iCloud Keychain or Google backup, which we cannot access. It opens nothing once the cloud copy is deleted.
- Residual copies at Google: according to Google, sign-in account data is removed from its live and backup systems within 180 days of deletion, and IP-address logs are kept for a few weeks.
- Usage statistics and crash reports are not linked to your account, so we cannot single them out for deletion. They expire on their own: event-level usage data within 14 months at most, crash reports within 90 days.
- Subscription: deleting the account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in App Store or Google Play settings. Purchase records at Apple or Google and RevenueCat are kept under their policies.
Deletion is permanent: we cannot restore the account or the cloud copy afterwards.
